I met Tootsie in a sculpture class. (I was sculpting; she was modeling.) Her adoptive mom told me she was a former racing dog, and Tootsie had the musculature to prove it. Typical of greyhounds, she had two speeds: bullet train, and beatific. I never got to see the former; while lounging in sculpture class, she only showed us the latter.
